Sean earned his stripes in Tokyo Drift with stepping up to D.K. Why isn't Lucas Black not casted in Fast and the Furious 6?

Sean is an unknown character in the Fast and the Furious plot design. Producers never anticipated that Han would become a major player in the FF movies. I sense that Fast and the Furious 6 will take place in Germany because Jason Statham is rumored to be a part of the F.F. cast. The Transporter, The Bank Job, and Crank star usually stars in popular movies set in Europe. Eva Mendes informed Hobbs that a mystery character was spotted in Berlin. 

The rumored casting of Jason Statham and Letty's Berlin Heist give way to a possible European setting in Fast and the Furious 6. Lucas Black will not star in Fast and the Furious 6.
