Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson meal planning

The Rock plays Luke Hobbs in Furious 7. He joined Fast and Furious movies in Fast Five. This ex-WWE wrestler known as The Rock, turned into a superstar actor the moment he joined the Fast and Furious movie franchise in Fast Five. Dwayne is on the cusp of greatness, contributing his acting talents in the recent blockbuster Furious 7 movie and is about to star in disaster flick, San Andreas this summer.

Nevertheless, Dwayne is having a career year, such as what we've seen with Kevin Hart, Channing Tatum and other up-and-coming performers. The Rock shared his daily meal planning, which consists of a whole lot of Cod fish. Seven meals per day equal 4,100 in calories. This includes a daily workout regime as intense as professional bodybuilders, helping to maintain his strong physique.

Dwayne is the real deal. He reached the top of the mountain as a wrestler. He is making big strides in Hollywood. What is next for Dwayne Johnson? There are no limits to his growth, as shown in his physical strength and character likeability. This charismatic actor is ready to accept the next challenge.

In the meantime, check out The Rock's daily meal preparation and intake. No wonder Dwayne is able to keep in prime shape. Read here to view his meal planning.

Fast & Furious 6 final movie trailer released a few days ago

We are in the final stretch, gearing up for an impressive Fast & Furious 6 movie. Fast and Furious fans are cooling down their engines, still trying to digest Fast Five. Action-packed Fast Five movie lived up to its hype, adding Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson into the mix.

Dwayne Johnson is having a mind boggling year, starring in two movies that finished atop the box office with the Pain & Gain and GI Joe movies. Vin Diesel is starring in another Chronicles of Riddick movie. As you already know, Letty is back!

Fast and Furious 6 bolds well for a weekend box office of the ages. With Hangover III coming out the same weekend, we have a divide between action and comedy. Two movies where moviegoers may watch to satisfy their Memorial Day Weekend urge. It is party time at the movies.

A new Fast & Furious 6 movie trailer hit the movie circuit. If you haven't watched the movie trailer yet, you must stop what you are doing right now to view it. The movie stunts are off-the-hook. We have a big tank, explosions, and Dom driving his trademark muscle car out of a burning plane. Fast and Furious 6 is ready to race up against Hangover III.

Would you rather watch action or comedy? A racing/heist movie or a Rated R comedy? Pick one movie, pick two movies, or pick them both.

In the meantime, watch The Fast and the Furious trailer below.
